As it is a small and exclusive resort, with an excellent lodging infrastructure and ideal for vacations, its beaches are good for surfing, windsurfing, bodyboarding, diving and sport fishing.
Its most renowned beach is called El Desplayado and it becomes the center of attraction in the summer months.
In the South beach, the last remains of the fishing boat 'Cathay', run aground in 1971 can be seen. And heading south, the ravines of La Pedrera offer the walker an amazing combination of texture and colors.
In La Pedrera’s main little street you will find the Social Club, the Church, picturesque crafts stands and a variety of small shops and restaurants that offer their hospitality and services for an unforgettable stay.
The Rambla is the preferred spot at the moment of sharing a full-moon landscape, or watching the court between Right Whales (Eubalena Australis) in the winter months.
